Hi Jack! Thanks for sharing. I have never heard of Akia before but it is something that I think a lot of the hotels I work with could benefit from. With how busy properties are and how quickly guests are coming in and out, it can be hard to maintain strong guest relationships, which is important when trying to encouraging repeat stays. Akia seems like it could make guest communication easier and more consistent, especially for busy hotels where follow‑up can easily get missed.
