Program Highlights
This essential leadership development course is delivered in person at the Florida International University Biscayne Bay Campus, home of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Set in a dynamic and collaborative environment, the program emphasizes peer learning, real-world hospitality case studies, and interactive skill-building exercises.

Participants will engage in immersive discussions and applied activities focused on strengthening core leadership competencies, including:

  Learn how to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose by aligning personal values with professional responsibilities.
• Accountability & Coaching for Maximum Performance
  Develop strategies to set clear expectations, deliver constructive feedback, and coach team members in ways that build trust, drive performance, and enhance team cohesion.

  Master the skills of active listening and impactful communication to foster understanding and engagement across all levels of the organization. Explore techniques to confidently address workplace challenges, resolve conflicts constructively, and maintain strong working relationships.

Upon completion of the foundational Emerging Leaders Hospitality Program, participants become eligible to complete the more advanced  Hospitality Leadership Development Program, which takes place in August of the following year.
